Whether you are new to Pilates or experienced, we have a package for you! If you prefer individual attention, small groups or you are searching for an economical option, we have it. All Pilates sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Your first session as a new client will be focused on your history and experience with exercise and Pilates, a brief movement assessment and your goals. It is requirement that you schedule a private session prior to joining a group class.
